Ralph
Lauren, Polo Jeans Fall 2001 |
| Polo Jeans Co. released
the Men's Fall 2001 campaign at Magic Las Vegas in February; describing
the collections as "Classic American." The Men's collection parallels
the women's designer collection with complimentary color and style. Not
only will the Polo Jeans buyer look great individually, but the buyer couple
will look smart together. Polo Jeans' advertising campaign highlights this
synergy showing topmodels Gisele Bündchen and Kees Poort in various shots
solo and in tandem. |

At
Magic, Polo Jeans staff promoted the Fall 2001 Men's line and introduced
the new "Tech Style 2001" which Polo Jeans is co-marketing with
partner Panasonic. "Tech Style 2001" matches Polo Jeans fashion
with Panasonic's revolutionary "E-Wear" line of wearable MP3 audio
players. Press tried out the players, which produce incredible high-fidelity
stereo sound, and discussed the trend towards wearable fashion technology.
Panasonic's e-wear SV-SD75 player is an incredibly small, wearable, digital
audio player that utilizes tiny SD Memory Cards to store digital music.
Utilizing included software, the consumer can "rip" (record) their
favorite songs from their personal audio CDs or access a wide selection
of content from the Internet. |

"Tech Style 2001" |
"Technology
and fashion go hand in hand as style accessories of the new millenium. Polo
Jeans Co. continues to integrate this lifestyle evolution in all we do.
Panasonic's 'E-Wear' is the perfect compliment, not only to elements of
our Fall 2001 men's and women's collection, but also to the aspirations
of our customer." - Ross Klein, Sun Apparel Group.
"This new e-wear player, which uses postage stamp-size SD Memory Cards,
is more than just another great sounding music player. It's the ultimate
fashion accessory." - Reid Sullivan, Panasonic Portable Audio.
For
Fall 2001, Polo Jeans Co. has created a classic American collection with
a sleek, modern silouette. Inspired by various "American" events

in 1996, which is licensed to Jones Apparel Group. Polo Jeans Co. is created
with a sensibility that is modern and spirited, American in style, youthful
yet aspirational in attitdue and quality that builds on the Polo Ralph Lauren
heritage of authenticity and integrity. Polo Jeans are available at fine
