Fashion Design Software Modules
You can use textile design software modules to create designs faster and more accurately. The Clicdesign series provides functions for drapery, repeats, weaves, and coloring, all packaged in Adobe Photoshop plugins.
Fabric Drapery - You can create design samples and apply them directly to an existing model using the Clicdesign StyleDraper module. The drapery process involves three main steps: (1) drap-and-drop the edges of a grid mask onto the existing model, (2) create and load a fabric pattern, and (3) apply the pattern to the model. The StyleDraper module makes all of these steps easy and convenient from an Adobe Photoshop plugin.
Image Repeats - Repeating a fabric design image and customizing the repeat pattern are basic functions of textile design provided by the Clicdesign QuickRepeat module. The QuickRepeat module makes it easy to repeat images, perform rotations and overlays, and invert images horizontally and vertically, all from an Adobe Phoshop plugin.
Weave Creation - You can create new weaves with up to eight colors in warp and weft with the Clicdesign PlaidMakerPlus module. The process is easy: set the repeat size and base weave, choose the yarn color for warp and weft, and set the image size in resolution, then apply the settings and the PlaidMakerPlus module creates the weave design. All from a single control panel in an Adobe Photoshop plugin.
Fabric Recoloring - Building a library of colorways and customizing existing fabric colors are basic textile design functions provided by the Clicdesign ColorVision module. The ColorVision modules lets designers recolor imported fabric images in new hues, while working from a simple control panel in an Adobe Photoshop plugin.
